Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Varentum programs, portal access, cohorts, solo access, coaching products, and related digital services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Applications And Waitlists
Submitting an application, joining a waitlist, or requesting information does not create a payment obligation unless a paid offer is separately accepted.
Cohort Programs
Cohort seats may be limited. Once a participant is accepted and payment is made, the seat may be reserved for that participant and may not be available to others. Unless a written offer states otherwise, cohort payments are non-refundable after portal access, cohort materials, live sessions, or onboarding access has been provided.
Solo Or Digital Access
Solo and digital-access purchases provide access to digital materials, portal workflows, reminders, and debrief systems. Unless a written offer states otherwise, digital access fees are non-refundable once access has been provisioned or the participant has accessed the portal.
Cancellations
You may stop participating at any time. Stopping participation does not automatically create a refund. For recurring subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated in the purchase terms.
No Refunds For Non-Use
Failure to log in, complete assignments, attend sessions, submit check-ins, read reminders, or use available materials does not entitle a participant to a refund.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without first contacting Varentum, access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Varentum reserves the right to provide records of acceptance, enrollment, access, usage, and communications to payment processors or financial institutions.
Exceptions
Varentum may grant exceptions in its sole discretion. Granting an exception once does not waive the right to enforce this policy later.
How To Request Review
Refund or cancellation questions can be sent to hello@joinvarentum.com. Include the purchaser name, email, program, purchase date, and reason for the request.
